I have dreamed for a smart house for many years. Currently I am living in Texas in a smaller house, but my two kids are obsessed with techy stuff and I think they might get interested with this house. I have relatives in Mesa, so when I come up there I will visit the model! When will it be ready?
Thanks Lisa! Smart houses are cool, and this one will have everything from surround sound and lighting remote controls to car-key like entry keys! Your kids might not be extremely interested in some rooms, like the kitchen, which is regular, but the family room is totally fascinating!!! The delivery for most of our model homes could take place anytime from 1-3 years from now, depending on how many people reserve homes.
